App license

Sherpa Terminal Manager is provided by Francesco Primerano. App Store purchases are licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different license is expressly provided on the App Store listing. This page explains the product and support arrangements; it does not replace that agreement or limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

One-time purchase

The planned US App Store price is $5.99 for the full app, including multiple machines and the supported Herdr, tmux, and SSH modes. There is no subscription or separate in-app Pro unlock. Apple displays the applicable local price and taxes before purchase and manages payment and download eligibility. Pricing may change for future purchases.

Remote servers, internet access, VPN services, coding-agent services, and any third-party licenses or subscriptions are not included.

Requirements and use

Sherpa requires a compatible iPhone or iPad running iOS/iPadOS 17 or later and an SSH server you are authorized to access. Herdr and tmux features require the corresponding compatible software on that server. Availability and behavior depend on the remote software, configuration, and network.

You control the commands sent to your machines and are responsible for having permission to access them. Commands and explicit close-window actions can change files or terminate remote processes. Keep appropriate backups of important work. Plain SSH sessions do not gain persistence merely by opening them in Sherpa.

Support and refunds

Contact fprimeconsulting@gmail.com for product help or bug reports. Support is provided by the developer; no particular response time or uptime service level is promised.

For App Store purchase issues and refund requests, use Apple's Report a Problem service. Eligibility is determined by Apple's policies and applicable law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Third-party projects

Herdr, tmux, SSH implementations, and coding agents are separate projects with their own licenses and terms. Sherpa is independently developed and is not endorsed by those projects or Apple. The app includes open-source components, whose licenses continue to apply to those components.
